This quality control inspection generally takes place at the chosen factory while the cargo is being loaded into the shipping container and at the destination where your products arrive and are unloaded. The inspection and supervision process includes an assessment of the condition of the shipping container, verification of product information; quantities loaded and unloaded, packaging compliance and general supervision of the loading and unloading process.
Vessel loading and unloading inspection is an essential part of shipping, which is performed to verify the various aspects of the condition of a vessel, carrier and/or cargo. If done correctly this has a direct impact on the safety of each shipment. We offer extensive loading and unloading supervision services to provide customers with peace of mind before their shipment arrives. Our inspectors go directly to the loading/unloading site to verify the quality of the products and their designated container, while ensuring that quantity, labels, packaging and more are consistent with your stated requirements. We can also send photo and video evidence to demonstrate that the entire process was completed to your satisfaction upon request. In this way, we ensure that your goods arrive smoothly and minimize potential risks.
Quality control inspections verify product quality and quantity to predetermined specifications. Shortening product life cycles and time to market increase the challenge of delivering quality products on time. When your product does not meet your quality specifications to be accepted by the marketplace, the result can be loss of goodwill, product and revenue, delayed shipments, wasted materials and the potential risk of product recalls.
A sample verification service involves inspecting a relatively small number of items from a batch, for a variety of specifications such as appearance, moisture, grammage etc. prior to marketing. It is an essential pre-process step, which begins with a physical inspection of a product sample before production begins to detect any defects prior to production and bagging. And during the sample verification process, the physical and functional characteristics of the product must also be verified against engineering drawings, a purchase order, specifications and/or other design documents, ensuring that the quality of the sample meets the specified requirements to avoid widely affecting quality problems during processing.
